Food Assistance Program

ALC Cares and wants to assist individuals and families in need!

The Abundant Life Church is excited to announce the ALC Food Assistance Project. The project - funded in part by a generous donation from Partners Healthcare, along with private donors - was created to assist ALC members and attendees who have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the project is to provide grocery store gift cards to individuals and families who have been financially impacted by COVID-19.

Direct impact of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) is defined as:

Any individual, spouse, or dependent who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 disease by a test approved from the Centers for Disease Control and
 Prevention ("CDCP");
Anyone who has suffered adverse financial consequences as a result of quarantine, employment furlough, lay-offs, reduced work hours or cannot work due to lack of child care as a result of coronavirus;
And, or anyone who experiences a financial loss to an individually-owned or operated business that is caused by a closing or reduction of hours due to coronavirus.
Individuals and families who meet the criteria will receive a gift card to one of the following grocery stores: Market Basket, Stop & Shop, or Wegman’s Food Market. Those seeking support must complete the online application. We will not be able to accept incomplete applications or applications over the phone. Applications are currently being accepted.
