Welcome
Abundant Life Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!
Visiting Abundant Life Church
Whether this is your first visit, or you've joined us before - we hope you know what to expect when visiting ALC! Attending a worship service for the first time can feel awkward for some so, we have put together this page to let you know what you can expect during your time with us.
What To Expect
Our services start on time and last approximately 90 minutes. Children's church for children ages 2-10 is offered during both Sunday morning services. As far as a dress code our attendees dress in a variety of styles. So whether you are dressed casually or in your "Sunday best", you will not feel out of place.
When You Arrive
Abundant Life is a welcoming church. As you enter the sanctuary, ushers and greeters will be on hand to welcome and assist you. Pre-service prayer begins 15 minutes before each service to focus our minds on worship.
Where To Park
When you arrive for service, you may park in any available space in our parking lot, we also have on-street parking. Please be mindful of spaces reserved for those with special needs. Parking is free and you will not be ticketed on Sunday.
During Service
Following our time of prayer, our worship team leads the congregation in singing. The lyrics of each song are projected on a screen. Our style of worship music comes from a multitude of flavors such as Caribbean, calypso, hymns, praise choruses, contemporary, and spiritual songs. Visitors are free to sing along with us or simply observe. A message will be shared by our pastor or a guest speaker and a free-will offering will be received.
Communion Sundays
We offer Communion (The Lord's Supper) on the first Sunday of every month. When we do so, a pastor clearly explains the significance of this practice.
After Service
At the conclusion of each service, our Pastor will deliver our Benediction and dismiss church. However, our pastoral team and church leaders are available for prayer, discussion, and general conversation after service.
